| Standing at the north end of the Aberystwyth promenade, facing Constitution Hill in front of you look right and you will see the
Cliff Railway station. Walk to the station and on the left, facing the station, you will see the path which makes a somewhat steep ascent up the hill. Follow this path to the
top of the hill to the buildings on the top |

| Follow this path to the top of the cliff past the buildings on the top follow the path about a mile until you have descended to Clarach Bay and met
the tarmac road. |

| At this point you may wish to go straight ahead for ice cream or other refreshments available in the shops ahead
of you. Otherwise at the tarmac road turn right for a hundred yards or so and then follow a path which leaves the right of the road, Walk on and up through the woods, following the path and track until
you meet the tarmac road again. |

| Follow the road for about 10 yards and then turn right, off the road, on to a path through the woods which comes out into a field. |

| After about half a mile you will pass the head of a tarmac road which goes down to a farm, keep following the path keeping left a few yards to where
there is a junction with a a track going right. |

| Keep left at this junction and follow the path down alongside the golf course and after about three quarters of a mile you will reach a tarmac road
-'Infirmary Road' in Aberystwyth town. |
Leg 7: Start of leg GR: SN588818

| Cross Infirmary Road and turn right into North road,
walk along the pavement seeing tennis courts on your left after a hundred yards or so and when the road veers right, after about another hundred yards or so you will see the promenade in front
of you. Walk the few yards to the promenade and turn right to see your starting point in front of you! |
